1. How much do they cost to hire?

This depends on how far your venue is from us and therefore mileage. It also depends on how many units you require. Please contact us for a highly competitive quotation specific to your event.

2. I have had a better price, why should I choose First Class Flush?

3. Electricity

Each toilet unit requires a 13 amp electricity supply. Nothing else should be allowed to run from the same socket for the duration of your event. If you do not have electricity on site then a suitable generator will need to be used.

4. Drainage

We do not require any drainage facility on site as the toilet units are fully self-contained.

5. Will it smell?

All units contain automatic air fresheners. We also use a sweet smelling chemical in the loos themselves. As long as the loos are not used in excess of their stated capacity then there should be no unpleasant smell at all.

6. Access to the site:

The intended site should be easily accessible, and as flat and firm as possible. However, the toilets are quite maneuverable and we will always do our best to site it exactly where you want it and to make up any height difference during installation.

7. Do the toilets need servicing during my event?

All loos are supplied complete with all consumables necessary for your event. However, if your event takes place over several days or you are hosting an event with very large numbers of guests then servicing on site may be necessary. This will be discussed at the time of your enquiry and any extra costs added into your quotation.

8. Do you provide an attendant service?

Yes, we can provide one or more attendants depending on the size of your event at an extra cost. Our uniformed attendants have a good technical knowledge in the unlikely event that problems arise on site. Their role is to ensure that the unit is kept spotlessly clean and running smoothly without interfering with your event.

9. How are the toilets delivered on site?

Our toilet trailer units are towed to your site by a 4 x 4 vehicle. Our driver will be dressed smartly in our uniform.

10. When will the toilets arrive on site?

Delivery and installation time will be discussed at the time of your booking. Usually the toilets will arrive one or two days prior to your event at an agreed time. We may need to deliver them earlier depending on other bookings at that time. We will endeavor to fit in with your plans.

11. Can the toilets be integrated into the marquee?

Yes, quite often our loos are integrated into a marquee so that guests do not have to go outside of the marquee to use the loo. The marquee company will be responsible for the structure surrounding the loos and you should discuss your requirements with them. If this is the case then the loos will probably need to be delivered earlier than necessary so that they are in situ before the marquee is erected.

12. What about wheelchair access?

If you require toilets that have wheelchair access please advise when asking for a quotation.

13. Water

The luxury toilets we supply are fully self contained. They come with their own fresh water tank. For events of an extended duration this may require topping up with an on site supply. Under normal usage extra water will not be required.
